I shrunk the photo a bit to fit, so all the detail is not there, but it looks like our roof is home to either a tramp, a shoplifter, or a shoplifting tramp. Amongst all the rubbish I can see a mobile phone box, and a couple of those clear plastic security boxes that some shops sell DVDs in.
The full-size version of this is going to our health & safety chap tomorrow. Since we are officially part of Waterloo station, this sort of thing is probably a security risk now.
