Having sat through a few boring council meetings in my time I do have a bit of sympathy for Tory councillor, Gillian Chaplin, of Shrewsbury & Atcham borough council. How boring does a meeting have to be to make you play Solitaire on Windows – that is hardly cutting-edge entertainment.
