It looks like the staff at ACAS are in dispute with their employers, according to their union.
What I want to know is, if they can’t reach an agreement who do they turn to??
OK, its a nice ironic story and a bit worrying, but its not a huge surprise. We have had examples last year of trade unions in the news for failing to give their own staff the sort of consideration they demand of their members in other organisations.
It just shows that no organisation, no matter how well-intentioned, is immune from bad management.
