I have been increasingly fascinated by clouds recently. I don’t know why. They have always been there, so why do I find them so distracting now?
When you get those big, fluffy cumulus clouds they look so substantial. Anyone who has been up in an aeroplane knows they are just like mist or fog but seen from a distance, and I can see how our ancestors might have thought otherwise, and sometimes its an effort to remind yourself how they are nothing more solid than water vapour.

Vanity publishing at its worst) although I'm not particularly promoting anything, just describing and generally rambling for my own entertainment, but the whole Internet thing is such a grey area you have to be on the safe side don't you? There is always going to be some idiot who takes it all seriously. No names - you know who you are. Not that anyone reads all this stuff at the bottom anyway, not when there is more exciting stuff to do like watching paint dry...
...and the same goes for anything the sister writes here, not that she is writing much: come on Jane - pull your finger out!
