Hip punishments

April 28th, 2006 · Posted by Skuds in Life · 3 Comments · Life

I was particularly amused by Marge Simpson’s book in the Ricky Gervais episode of the Simpsons, called ‘Hip Punishments’. As a result of reading it she threatened the children with such dire punishments as:

  • Wiping all the high scores off your Playstation 2
  • Deleting all the custom ringtones from your cellphone

I wonder what else was in the book. I could only think of…

  • Blocking the MAC address of your PC on the wireless router
  • Enabling parental control on the Sky Digital box
  • Banning MySpace on the family firewall
