Alas no.
I got a bit excited to see someone arriving here via a Google search for Kraftwerk champions league music, and thought that maybe they had written some theme music for it, like they did for the Expo. But it just turns out that Sky Sports have been using the Tour de France music for the background to some of their programmes. Damn.
It proves the old aphorism that if something looks too good to be true then it probably is.
