4-4-2 OK

June 10th, 2006 · Posted by Skuds in Music · No Comments · Music

This video is even more topical after today’s unfortunate experience with 4-4-1-1 (What was Sven playing at? Between his substitutions and the Mexican ref’s bizarre decisions we were lucky to get a result.)

What I want to know is why I can’t just post the code from YouTube to embed the video on here… it works OK for everyone else. Its starting to really bug me now.

Anyway, this is a jokey little video to accompany the jokey little hidden track on Spizzenergi’s World Cup single We Are The England. I didn’t even know there was a hidden track.

Football, music and daleks – what more could you ask for?

There is even more Spizz over at Channel 4 Docs where the first episode of his World Cup video diary is online now, with more to follow throughout the tournament.

The C4 Docs site has some nice things to say about the single actually:

The first Spizz Diary features Spizz playing for his local football team and introducing us to his World Cup Record, We’re the England , which is (suprisingly, considering the usual standard of these things) really pretty good. You can hear it in his first FourDoc, as well as on his site, where you can also a rather amazing film tribute to Peter Crouch’s robot dance.

Right. Thats enough shameless plugs for today I think.
