Last week Jayne bought me some pyjama shorts. For some reason she objects to the old baggy sweatpant shorts I sometimes wear around the house after taking a shower. It might be that the combination of shortness and bagginess allows reproductive organs to pop out in mixed company. (Pause while we all remember that episode of Alan Partridge)
Anyway, it was a twin-pack. When I opened it up I put on one pair (orange-y check-type pattern) and chucked the other pair (grey) into a drawer. Tonight I went to get the grey pair out, unfolded them and found it was actually a t-shirt. Either we both mis-read the packaging or there was a packing error or the shorts transmogrified in the drawer.
I’m going with the transmogrification theory myself.
So its back to the obscene baggies for now, but the silver lining to this cloud is that the t-shirt has a breast pocket. I used to have a white t-shirt with a pocket and it was brilliant. I don’t know why all t-shirts don’t have a pocket. despite the nasty colour, this could become my favourite t-shirt. If it fits… its only an XL and I really wish I could say the same of myself!

Skuds, the thought of you strolling nonchalantly around the house with your reproductive organs popping out from time to time has fair turned me off my breakfast. Thank god there were no photographs this time.
