At about 8pm or thereabouts I lost connection to this server. A few minutes ago it all came back again, but I find that 3 posts I wrote this evening have disappeared.
I can only assume the server crashed and there was some sort of restore from backup. If that is the case then they must have had a really recent backup!
Still…. its not good.

Not that anyone reads all this stuff at the bottom anyway, not when there is more exciting stuff to do like watching paint dry...

Have experienced similar problems with Supanames over several years.
Have stayed with them so far because they’re cheap, which is OK-ish for non-critical sites. However, with more interactive sites I can no longer afford the lack of any useful technical support, lack of proper responses to emails, ‘closing’ unresolved problems, etc. I’m in the process of sorting out alternative hosting and will probably move my sites away once I’ve found a good alternative, which I expect is most others, in comparison.
