Another great photo from StefZ on Flickr. He has a good eye for quirky signs which feature quite a lot in his photostream and his blog has long been a favourite of mine.
I have often thought that signs for disabled parking bays should have a similar touch of brutal honesty and say at the end “Please note: laziness and selfishness are not officially disabilities!” or something like that.

The list of things that are not disabilities would be almost endless. Being a t****r, driving a beemer, being in a bit of a hurry, only stopping for a moment, being too thick to read or understand what the picture of someone in a wheelchair might mean, not understanding that just because no disabled person is using it at the moment doesn’t mean that there are no disabled people left in the district needing to park….. Shall I go on?
