It is not every day that you see a headline like Giant dog turd wreaks havoc at Swiss museum. No giant dogs were involved though – just a lump of art: an inflatable turd the size of a house. A very appropriate exhibit I think, because the organisers’ description of the show has more than a whiff of bullshit about it. They say it contains:
“interweaving, diverse, not to say conflictive emphases and a broad spectrum of items to form a dynamic exchange of parallel and self-eclipsing spatial and temporal zones”.
