Chinese Democracy

August 3rd, 2008 · Posted by janeskuds in Jane/Music/Politics · No Comments · Jane, Music, Politics

Not another ‘leaked track’ but something that all the fuss about the Olympics reminded me about. I had to go trawling through You Tube (not something I do very often…) but found a clip of Cui Jian, a chinese singer whose song ‘Nothing to my Name’ became an anthem for protesters at Tiananmen Square.  I couldn’t find a clip of that song (although I did get it from iTunes) but this is another good one.
