Me and Rojo taking a catnap on a Friday afternoon

The other day we had another merry-go-round with mobile phones.  Jane is now back with her original white one and I now have the black one that was originally Chrystal’s and then Jayne’s.

The reason was that the black phone was not ringing and Jayne kept missing calls.  She figured that a non-ringing phone was more suitable for me because Ileave my phone on silent most of the time anyway- plus hardly anybody ever calls me.

This time round I managed to not delete all my contacts from the SIM card.  Not that I have many of them: I only just started building up the list after wiping it the last time we changed phones.  I did, however, end up with all Jayne’s contacts on the phone, plus all of mine copied onto the phone so I had them twice. I also inherited all the photos that had ever been taken on the phone, and there were loads of them.

50% of the photos are cat photos.  Somehow I have managed to get them all off the phone and onto my PC. They are not great though. For some reason the phone had been set up to take pictures at 1megapixel resolution.

I don’t care that the phone might not always make a sound if anybody calls – its got a 3.2 megapixel camera on it and a 2GB memory card in it: one of those tiny M2 ones.  I have half filled it with music for emergencies, leaving 1GB for spontaneous snapshots.
