I had a bit of a shock seeing those pictures of Guildford cathedral all over the news.  I was there 24 hours before the police shot somebody in the grounds of the cathedral.

It is still unclear exactly why the police shot the man, and it is even less clear why the BBC website threw that last line in their story… is it at all relevant that the building featured in a film 32 years ago?
