Copycat

Rojo is avoiding us a bit at the moment.  Earlier on today we noticed a lump at the base of his tail and rushed him to the vets, where we were told he had an abcess there.  Now I know what that is like – although I didn’t get mine from fighting in the streets.  He had to have a section of his arse shaved and all the pus drained off.

Hope nothing else ever happens to him, because he now recognises the cat box and I doubt we would have much luck getting him to go in there again.  Even more fun to come when we have to try giving him antibiotics.  Jayne was laughing about that, because it is my job, by I don’t think she has remembered that I am going to be in France for a couple of days with work so she will have to do all the cat-wrestling.

Yeuw! I now have the image of you having to have your arse shaved before having the pus drained. And so does everyone else now I’ve said that. Sorry.

Well it wasn’t actually my arse, and there was no shaving involved – which was why removing the dressings was painful.

Still not a pretty mental image but at least its a comment thats not about the minimum wage or Parcelnet…..
