Silver linings

I find it is good for the nerves to not get too wound up about stuff, to try and remain sanguine in the face of adversity, and to look on the bright side.  It is something I have been trying to do for some time now, hence the appearance of being semi-detached at times.

In the spirit of looking on the bright side, it occurs to me that with all the frequent flying between Britain and Brussels/Strasbourg the chances of Nick Griffin being involved in a plane crash have just multiplied several hundred times…

    I found that my blood pressure is a little on the low side so all this excitement and stress keeps me healthy….
