Piracy indeed

How fitting that Adam (and the Ants) used to dress as pirates.  Thanks to DogFacedBoy for pointing this out on the Word magazine website…   there is an uncanny similarity between Rolf Harris’s 1965 record War Canoe and Adam & the Ants’ 1981 hit Prince Charming.    Seems like he is not such a Goody Two-Shoes after all.

Just off to check the Rolf Harris discography on Wikipedia to make sure he didn’t have a 1962 b-side called Whip In My Tucker Bag
