Are people in West Sussex stupid?

Or is it just that the council thinks they are?   Not my question but one, apparently, posed by Iain Dale.  Full details where I found out about it on Owen’s new blog.

    Our ‘enry is getting an investigation into this….how much is that now going to cost us because ‘enry as been found out again as someone who is incompetent and does not know what WSCC is doing. Perhaps if he spent less time on wondering how he will spend his second home allowance if he ever gets to the HoC (Not a done deal as he is a 2x loser) then WSCC would be run better. I wonder if Cllr big ears will comment on his blog?

      To be charitable though… maybe the videos were actually aimed at the county councillors rather than the public.

      Mind you, the public keep voting them back in, so it doesn’t say much for our collective intelligence :)
