Celebrity endorsements

As the general election draws ever nearer we should expect the political parties to start rolling out their celebrity endorsements.   The Tories were already hard to beat with such personalities as Jim Davidson, Paul Daniels and Peter Stringfellow, but it looks like they now have the backing of foreign heads of state too.  What a dream team.I expect they will be too modest to plaster “as endorsed by Robert Mugabe” all over their election posters, with the killer quote:

“Conservatives are bold,  Blair and Brown run away when they see me, but not these fools, they know how to relate to others.”

How long before mydavidcameron.com has an image of an airbrushed Mugabe and the slogan “Vote for these fools”? It would be up there already if I had the Photoshop skills.
