I spend a lot of time amusing and being amused by Chiquita, but hardly any time taking cat photos. I tried to make amends a little on Monday while I was taking a day off work.
Looking cute and innocent. Trying to pretend that is is not her who took the doormat and hid it behind the sofa. Again.
She has been reluctant to explore outdoors but I finally got her to go into the back garden.

...and the same goes for anything the sister writes here, not that she is writing much: come on Jane - pull your finger out!

Absolutely gorgeous – tortoiseshell. Wonder if she’d get on with Hattie if you paid a visit. Hattie doesn’t seem to mind cats – just squirrels which she hates with a passion!
I think of her as more calico than tortoiseshell.
Whatever colour scheme she is I’m not sure she would fancy 1 hour+ in the cat box.
Now she is a little sweetie!
