A moggie for the 21st Century?

February 17th, 2008 · 2 Comments

I took a pool car from work to visit another site the other day.  Being a pool car it was quite new and of a decent spec, and being a Renault it was full of gadgets

November 10th, 2007 · 4 Comments

One under

August 16th, 2007 · No Comments

On Tuesday one of my colleagues was telling us over lunch about how he used to be a train driver.  We were all a bit surprised and thought he was winding us up, but eventually we believed him.  He said that he finally left the job after the third time he had someone throw themselves […]

July 14th, 2007 · No Comments

Is ’snot’ offensive?
Apparently the DVLA think it is, hence the ban on number plates starting with SN07 in Scotland. Don’t they have better ways to use their time? It doesn’t even say SNOT it just looks a bit like it if you want it to, and presumably if you find snot offensive you […]

Police presence

June 30th, 2007 · 3 Comments

Good to see the police hanging around the Broadfield Barton this evening. One complaint we hear a lot is that you do not see the police around enough, which contributes to the fear of crime.
Not so good that they were just sitting in their car, letching at a passing girl, and they were parked […]
