Our broadband connection has been intermittent since Friday. Sporadic might be a better word. Piss-poor would be an even more accurate description. It has been down a lot more than it has been up and the only improvement is that today it is actually acknowledged on the Virgin freephone information line.
No problem for me, being at work all day, but the kids are getting frustrated. To add insult to injury the monthly bill from Virgin arrived today. On the outside of the envelope it says “To view and pay your bill online simply visit…” The kids enjoyed the irony of that.
