Today we put our car (an 11-year-old Laguna) through its MOT and it passed. First time.
I have never had a car pass the MOT first time. There is always something which needs replacing or adjusting or repairing, even if its just a blown indictor bulb or headlight alignment, although its just as likely to be the need for something a lot more expensive.
Even though we had our mechanics look over it first, I still expected something to need fixing because it always has done in the past. OK, so we didn’t have a lot of choice as the exhaust fell off on the way to the garage, and the mechanics spotted a couple of almost bald tyres while they were fixing it, and also some blown bulbs which they sorted out before giving it to the MOT people.
Good people. Its why we keep going back to the same place.
