I think it is fairly well established that I am not at all religious myself, but I do enjoy having a look around the Ship Of Fools website from time to time. It is a Christian site, but light-hearted and often amusing. Those who are involved in it are obviously secure enough in their faith to not need to be po-faced about it.
My favourite part is the mystery worshipper section, where they do a sort of mark-out-of-10 rating of church services with attention paid to such things as the duration and content of the sermon, comfort of the pews, quality of the after-service coffee and welcome received.
Maybe I like it because its a bit of an insight to another world which I will always be outside of, or maybe just because it serves to remind me that not all Christians are mad creationists intent on screwing up a generation of future scientists.
Anyway, I was browsing through it earlier and came across this review of the Church in Worth. I was up there in the summer of last year and found it to be a charming building. It sounds like I was lucky it was empty at the time!

Perhaps we are all spiritual beings having human experiences, rather than human beings having spiritual experiences. No one can ‘prove’ it one way or the other.
