There is a meeting of the Broadfield Forum at the community center on Monday July 3rd at 7pm and the theme of the meeting is anti-social behaviour.
As the posters for it say:
The forum is an opportunity for Broadfield residents to discuss local issues with councillors and officers of Crawley Borough Council, the police and other organisations who work in Broadfield.

Everyone is, apparently, welcome. In fact the idea is to encourage more people to attend who have not been before. Matthew Steel at the council says, in a letter to anyone who has attended in the past:
I still am keen to encourage more Broadfield residents to attend the forum meetings. If you know of anyone who would be interested, especially if they are from an area that is not currently represented, please could you extend an invitation to them.
At the moment, many areas (but not all) of Broadfield North are already well-represented but hardly anyone from Broadfield South turns up. Its a chance to hear what is going on and also to tell the police and council what is really going on.
