When The Guardian did a bit of a redesign of their G2 section, putting a Countdown section on the back page I decided to have a crack at the Kakuro puzzle. I tried one once before, with no success, but thought I would have another go – now that the Sudoku is no longer much of a challenge.
Today has really baffled me though. I have finished it but it seem there are two solutions. I have checked and double-checked but there is a bit in the middle, on the left-hand side, which could be completed two ways.
I must remember not to recycle today’s paper until I have checked which of the solutions they give tomorrow.
