Its a serious security issue, but for some reason when I see a headline like Keyboard sniffers to steal data it just sounds like its going to be about a particularly obscure perversion. Well…. would you let a keyboard sniffer babysit for your children? I haven’t checked out the original source material but my mind is still a bit boggled by the claim, scary if true, that researchers managed to intercept signals from wired keyboards up to 20 metres away. Wired! I knew the potential for picking up radiation from CRT monitors or wireless keyboards, but wired keyboards is impressive.
