Diet madness

March 2nd, 2019 · Posted by Skuds in Life · No Comments · Life

Everybody seems to be doing some faddish diet or other at the moment, but the one our son is doing is really getting to me. It is a high-protein diet with no carbs, which seems to be entirely meat and eggs. A typical packed meal to take to work is grilled chicken breasts and gammon steaks with 4 or 5 hard-boiled eggs, or a load of bratwurst with hard-boiled eggs.

I really find it hard to believe that can be good for you. The strangest thing about it all is that two years ago he was entirely vegan, so really has gone from one extreme to another.
