I had never heard of Miles Fisher before today. He is best know (so far) as an actor, and is now making music too – just like Keanu Reeves, Bruce Willis, David Hasselhoff and Stephen Seagal, but IMO a bit more listenable.
This video is from his EP (available to play and download free) and it is one of the best videos I have seen in a long time – a fantastic pastiche of American Psycho, where he seems more like Christian Bale than Christian Bale does!  It made me want to dig out the film and watch it again. I’m a bit lukewarm on the other three tracks at the moment, but this one is turning into a bit of an earworm for me as it also feeds my love of an interesting cover version.
Here is the video “a great, great song, and a personal favourite”

I think you now need to spotify everything by Huey Lewis and the News, and Whitney Houston.

And Genesis of course – the good stuff after Peter Gabriel left obviously 🙂
Might also be time for me to dig out the stainless steel business card holder. When we first watched the film I got me & Jayne matching ones from that website that does replicas of film props (asos.com?)

Ah yes, I’ve been a big fan of Genesis ever since their 1980 album, Duke.

Trick Of The Tale Album – “Ripples”. Memories – oh, what memories…

Wasn’t allowed Ripples for the first dance at our wedding – had to settle for 12 minutes of Yes instead….

Quite right too. As you well know, Ripples is a traditional last dance not a first one (at least if you have progrssive school discos like we used to)
