After letting in four goals in two successive games, West Ham are back to winning in the league again. The previous two games have knocked us a fair few places down the table though (like we will care if we win the cup!). Even so, we are still about the 4th most in-form team at the moment and top of the ‘resolve’ league, which is points gained by coming back from behind.
Nothing to shout about too much though – it just shows how often we go behind in the first place – but a great improvement on recent years where we would just collapse as soon as we go one-down.
But what about Crawley Town? Third league win in a row. Their finances are all over the place, the board are also all over the place, but the team are finally getting into their stride. Has someone secretly re-hired Francis Vines or something?
