I actually found a real comment from a real person in the Akismet spam queue today.
Very lucky to spot it really. Some days there can be 100+ spam comments caught by Akismet and usually I just delete them all as its too much trouble to read so much junk.
Can you guess which comment Akismet thought was spam?

No it was the one from “TechniCool – Sydney” with a homepage URI of gay-news.blogspot.com
Does Akismet suspect that links to gay sites are spam? Could be a problem for anyone whose own site deals with gay issues a lot.
By the way, that was Jane the sister (ie Skuds’ Sister from the blog title) and not Jayne the wife.
Now that’s just confusing.
But now unconfused !
