In a mere 8 days the Hammers have managed to lose three games 4-0 and turn a positive goal difference of 8 into a negative 4. But let’s try and look on the bright side…
We now have twice as many points as we had at the same time last season, are still in the top half of the table, as we have been since Christmas, and with 9 games to go we have already reached the magic 40-point mark. After last season’s nail-biting finale that is relative success.
Getting totally wiped out three times in a row is nothing to be happy about but we wouldn’t swap places with Fulham, Birmingham or Newcastle at the moment. I could almost be relaxed about it all if the latest defeat hadn’t been to bloody Tottenham.
I thought you’d been a bit quiet lately. I think it was shock. Mind you odder things have been happening in football this weekend (go Barnsley!)
haha thfc are the best no doubt and im sure the “mighty hammers” will be good some day, its just a shame even my grand kids wont be around to see that happen lol
