I feel a tiny bit guilty about the football last night. While many people are complaining that the England game was not available on free-to-air channels, I had it on Setanta but didn’t watch it. Obviously I’m regretting it now.
I was going to watch it. I turned over to Setanta and watched an interview with Slaven Bilic, then they went back to the pre-match discussions but just before the kick-off I nodded off. Another case of too many nights’ disturbed sleep catching up with me, but having nodded off I stayed nodded off until six in the morning. A shame to miss the game, but on the other hand it was a good ten hours sleep, which is never a bad thing.
Really must sort out those sleep patterns though.
