I had forgotten that I had read all about the book Predictably Irrational. Indeed I had forgotten that it was on my Amazon wishlist, and even forgot that I wrote about it a year ago.   This week I bought it because it sounded interesting and as I started reading it something about it sounded familiar.
Only on the first chapter so far, but its already gripping stuff, and I am already feeling even more manipulated by marketing types than I was before.  I did take the time to read the author’s biography at the back of the book and notice that he is a founder of the Center for Advanced Hindsight.
How cool is that? It really does sound like the sort of thing that Douglas Adams would invent in one of his books, and I’m still not 100% sure it is not an imaginary entity.
