Let me say straight off that I enjoy Elmer Food Beat enormously, and was overjoyed to see that they returned to the stage in recent years even if it was just to relive past glories rather then produce anything new.  All I will say is that perhaps the singer might have considered not wearing the outfit that was so iconic in the late 80’s/early 90’s.

I know.  If you go to see AC/DC you expect to see the wee Jimmy Krankie outfit on Angus Young and if she is still performing in her 70s you will expect to see Madonna in a leotard, even if you wouldn;t actively look forward to it but I think ther Elmers’ singer should have dropped the white shorts/vest image before 2009.  MInd you, and I’ll say it before anybody else does, he still looks better than I would in such an outfit.
