I had an embarrassing misunderstanding last night with the teenage daughter. (Well she’s twelve but acts like a teenager)
She was talking about the stuff she needed for her rugby practise and said she had to remember to take her shin pads and muff-guard. I had never heard of this piece of protective equipment and assumed it was the equivalent to a cricketer’s box.
Then I realised. Thats how a teenager says mouthguard…

Not that anyone reads all this stuff at the bottom anyway, not when there is more exciting stuff to do like watching paint dry...
