By pure chance I found this blog from North Carolina today. Its only been in existence since Sunday and only has one entry.
I think I will keep an eye on it until such time as the neighbours either take out an injunction or shoot the blogger, which could well happen by the end of the month…
This is the American response to problem neighbours. In England the response seems to be to phone the local councillor and expect them to sort it out…

Vanity publishing at its worst) although I'm not particularly promoting anything, just describing and generally rambling for my own entertainment, but the whole Internet thing is such a grey area you have to be on the safe side don't you? There is always going to be some idiot who takes it all seriously. No names - you know who you are. Not that anyone reads all this stuff at the bottom anyway, not when there is more exciting stuff to do like watching paint dry...
