As reported in this story from Reuters, the football team Young Boys Bern, in Switzerland, have moved to a brand new 350 million Swiss Francs stadium.
Its been 19 years since Young Boys last won the Swiss league, but they are happy to be finally moving into the Stade de Suisse Wankdorf.
This news was particularly welcomed by the people at ESPN Soccernet, who repeated the Reuters story word-for-word on their website in this story. The only thing they changed was the headline…
…which they changed to “Young Boys Wankdorf erection relief”
Maybe its not quite as clever as the Sun’s headline when part-time Caledonian Thistle beat Celtic in the Scottish Cup (Super Cali go ballistic. Celtic are atrocious) but it will do for now.
EDIT: I noticed that Lets Be Sensible posted exactly the same thing and beat me to it by about 45 minutes. Now it looks like I am copying fellow Labour bloggers instead of just lifting everything from Fark.
