Its good to see Portsmouth in the FA Cup final, and I wish them well there, but it would be good to see them trip up at West Ham tomorrow night. Not that there is a lot of excitement about the result of the fixture.
All those people who go on about the Premier League being the most exciting league in the world can’t be West Ham supporters. OK, so the winners are not yet decided, there is still some competition for the UEFA cup place and there’s a bit of a relegation scrap, but for the umpteenth game running the Hammers start a game in 10th place knowing that a loss will see them drop down to 10th place while a win will see them climb as high as 10th place.
A good time to forget about the result and hope to see some exciting performances from new young players like Freddie Sears
